Check availability and book
Minimum stay at Les Rochers is 7 nights in peak times and 4 nights out of season (although we hope you will want to stay longer). Saturday is our normal arrival / departure day . We do ask guests to contain their excitement and arrive after 4pm, and ask you to vacate by 10am on your last day here, although we can be flexible with advance notice, subject to other guests departure and arrival times.
| 25% deposit secures booking*
Full amount payable 8 weeks before start of stay (** a bond also payable at this time) *If the booking is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival then the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.** a bond of £400 is taken to cover any major breakages, damage to property or contents or excessive cleaning costs – this is fully refundable 7 days after check out where there are no deductionsCOVID-19 update – if you are unable to travel due to government restrictions either in France or in your country of residence, we will refund your money in full regardless of notice.
